Build a commercial engine that keeps performing
From strategy and systems to execution and quality sales meetings: at Saleslift Studio, we build efficient sales processes that bring your organization commercial growth and impact.
Does this sound familiar?
What these situations have in common is that your team spends a lot of time on tasks that don’t deliver enough. As a result, you get stuck internally, missing your targets and falling short of revenue expectations. In short, you’re leaving money on the table unnecessarily.
You have enough data, people, and tooling ..
but your commercial processes aren’t set up to structurally use that potential.
You have a large commercial team ..
but a lot of manual work and outdated CRM data means sales opportunities are being missed.
You have the budget to modernize ..
but there’s not enough GTM knowledge in-house to make it happen.
There’s no room for new people on your team ..
so you want to work more efficiently to hit all your targets.
Your pipeline depends too much on individual people and one-off actions ..
while sales and marketing work in silos.
The result
Less wasted time, more quality sales meetings, higher conversion, and an organization that’s ready for sustainable growth.
In 3 steps to an efficient and modern sales process
To solve that, you build a commercial engine with Saleslift Studio that’s effective and scalable.

Saleslift Solutions
With a combination of services and technologies, we help companies that want to improve their proactive sales process, or that don’t yet have a strategy, develop an effective approach.
Strategy
At Saleslift Studio we believe in the perfection of three aspects in order to improve your sales development results: making sure you’re reaching out to the right people; giving people access to and information on the best technology for their needs; and designing a streamlined strategy before beginning the outreach process. (no, a sales navigator account and your sales pitch is not a strategy!).
The ultimate goal is to create a machine that predictably generates new business.
What that process looks like is unique to each business. You can use the Sales Development Playbook for new business campaigns, brand awareness, customer success, lead nurturing, and much more.
Think of it as a cheat sheet for your business growth. We aim to get and stay on the radar with the right strategy with exactly the person you want to talk to. You don’t have to have just one Playbook either – you can design a new one for every product, niche, or persona (in fact, we would actively encourage this).

The playbook consists of 5 columns: ideal customer profile, key indicators for success, engagement, storyline, and campaign. The most important thing to think about and specify when beginning the design of your Playbook is your business focus. For example on a product, region, case study, or solution / challenge. Sure, anyone can get results, but in order to achieve a good result, it is important that you take the time to work on the Playbook with the team of stakeholders who will be involved in the project. This way, everyone has a clear idea of what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and why you’re doing it that way.
Saleslift Studio offers customised support on the people, organisational, and technological aspect for each company. Let us do the hard work for you.
Outbound sales
It requires knowledge, dedication, the right people, and a good strategy to be successful in outbound sales. It is often hard to be consistent with your results through the year and it is even harder to make it scalable. At Saleslift Studio it is our main purpose to build the best possible outbound sales machine for our clients. In modern sales organisations you often see three key roles in the sales process: SDRs, AEs, and Customer Service. We operate in the first part of the sales funnel. Unlike other organisations, we split the SDR role into three key roles: The Sales Architect is responsible for designing the outbound strategy in close collaboration with the clients and in the end is responsible for the overall results. Our prospect specialists are responsible for building lead lists, verifying and enriching prospects. Engagement managers are in charge of executing the actual campaigns, run A/B tests, handling conversations with your prospects and analysing the data together with the Sales Architect. Together they work as one. You are searching for 1 all-rounder SDR while we split the role in three to offer you the most advanced sales development plan possible.
There are several benefits to outsourcing your outbound sales:
- As an extra lead generation channel or benchmark next to your other activities to meet ambitious growth targets.
- You have no intention to build your own sales organisation and deal with all the hassle that comes with it.
- As a flexible, low risk alternative to recruiting, hiring and onboarding your own sales reps.
- The company is stuck in relying on outdated sales mechanisms, and it’s hard to get things moving internally.
Technology: Saving FTEs
At Saleslift Studio, we’re experts in sales technology. We assist with every aspect of building and enriching lead lists with data, using sales engagement tools to set up campaigns, and leveraging AI to make your processes more efficient. We also connect data and create workflows that align with your strategy, including setting up and integrating CRM systems. As certified partners of tools like Clay , Lemlist, and Salesloft, we provide consulting, training, and implementation to help you fully harness these technologies.
However, we never let technology lead—strategy always comes first. We select the right tools to support your strategy, knowing that using a tool alone won’t drive better performance. It’s all about how you use it, and that’s where we excel. We offer honest advice, as we’re not tied to any specific tool. With our expertise, we know what’s possible in the market and ensure you make the most of technology in your sales process.
Recruitment
Saleslift Studio’s outbound prospecting philosophy is also very effective when it comes to your hiring and recruitment strategy. We create multiple 1-on-1 contact moments through a variety of channels.
By sharing knowledge and trying to inspire, we get on the radar of your ideal candidates.
First, we add value and work on our impression and rapport before we start thinking about recruitment messages. The effort we put in outbound sales we also put in hiring strategies. We designed a custom Playbook especially to outline your hiring strategy. Stand out from the crowd, be personal and relevant to get and stay on the radar of your ideal candidates.

“Price is only an issue,
in the absence of value.”
Frequently asked questions
What can I expect from working with Saleslift Studio?
We start by understanding your commercial organization, target audience, processes, and growth objectives. In doing so, we look not only at what’s already in place, but especially at what’s missing. The first phase of the sales process — from GTM strategy and target audience selection to creative outbound and sales development — is a specialism that many organizations don’t have fully in-house.
From there, we design the strategy and build the data, technology, workflows, and infrastructure needed to make it executable. We can implement this with your internal team, or operate as a specialist team alongside the organization and handle the execution ourselves. This way, we combine strategy, technology, expertise, and execution power.
What is a GTM Studio?
A GTM Studio combines specialist knowledge of go-to-market, sales development, data, technology, and execution to get commercial growth off the ground faster.
Many B2B organizations have strong sales and marketing teams, a CRM, and plenty of valuable data. At the same time, specialist knowledge is often missing at the start of the sales process: which market to approach, which accounts are relevant, with what message, at what moment, and through which commercial workflows?
Saleslift Studio acts as a specialist, agile addition to your existing organization. We build what’s still missing, improve what’s already there, and make sure new GTM strategies can be tested, implemented, and scaled quickly.
Why would I bring in Saleslift Studio if I already have a sales and marketing team?
Having a good sales and marketing team doesn’t automatically mean all the required GTM expertise is in-house. Modern sales development, creative outbound, data activation, and workflow design are specialist disciplines that often don’t have a clear owner within organizations.
Especially within larger organizations, building new knowledge, technology, and ways of working internally takes time. Saleslift Studio can operate as an agile ‘speedboat’ alongside your existing organization: we bring specialist knowledge and execution power, test what works faster, and then build an approach that can align with your existing commercial organization.
So we don’t replace your internal team — we add expertise and capacity where it’s missing.
What's the difference between Saleslift Studio and a traditional outbound agency?
A traditional outbound agency mainly focuses on running campaigns and generating meetings. Saleslift Studio starts earlier in the process.
GTM and modern outbound are a specialism. That’s why we first investigate which markets, accounts, propositions, data, signals, and workflows are needed to structurally create pipeline. We then build the commercial infrastructure required for that, and can handle the execution as well.
Sometimes we optimize an existing sales organization, CRM, and tech stack. In other cases, the specialist knowledge, technology, or capacity to set up a modern sales development approach is simply missing. In both situations, the goal is the same: building a scalable commercial engine that can become part of the organization.
Which tools do you work with?
We’re tool-agnostic and choose technology based on your GTM strategy and existing infrastructure. We work with, among others, Clay, Lemlist, Salesloft, Leadinfo, Company.info, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365, complemented by various data, enrichment, and workflow tools.
Saleslift Studio is a certified partner of Clay, Lemlist, Salesloft, and Leadinfo. Where possible, we integrate with your existing tech stack. If, for example, a sales engagement solution or a specific data source is missing, we can also advise on which technology is needed and implement it. Technology is never the goal in itself, but the infrastructure that makes the commercial strategy executable and scalable.
What investment is needed to work with you?
The investment depends on the scope of the commercial challenge and the extent to which we handle strategy, implementation, and execution.
Some collaborations start with a clearly defined strategic or technical project. With other organizations, we build and implement a complete GTM approach, or become a structural part of the commercial operation. After an initial conversation, we can quickly determine which form of collaboration and investment fits best.
How do you make sure the GTM strategy actually delivers quality results?
We don’t start from volume, tooling, or a standard playbook, but from the market, target audience, and commercial reality of the organization.
We determine which accounts are relevant, which propositions fit, which data is available, and which signals indicate the right moment to act. We then translate this into measurable workflows and continuously optimize based on data and qualitative feedback from sales.
The goal isn’t as many leads or as much activity as possible, but more relevant commercial conversations and quality pipeline.
How do you handle lead follow-up?
We see lead follow-up as part of the GTM strategy, not as a separate step afterward.
We determine which leads and accounts are relevant when, which signals call for follow-up, and how marketing, sales, and CRM work together on this. That applies to new leads, but also, for example, to existing CRM data, past opportunities, and accounts that become relevant again.
We can set up these workflows for your internal team or, when knowledge or capacity is lacking, carry out parts of the activation and follow-up ourselves. This way, we prevent valuable commercial opportunities from falling through the cracks.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Quality B2B sales depends on factors such as proposition, market, timing, target audience, and follow-up by the organization. That’s why we don’t promise a fixed number of meetings or revenue.
We do make clear agreements upfront about objectives and KPIs, measure what happens at every step of the process, and continuously optimize. Our focus is on building a commercial approach that demonstrably performs better and can keep working sustainably within the organization.
How do you make sure new workflows actually work within our organization?
Not every organization has the specialist knowledge or capacity to design, build, and implement new GTM and sales development workflows themselves. This can make commercial innovation slow to get off the ground, especially within large organizations.
Saleslift Studio can operate as an agile specialist team alongside your existing organization: developing, testing, and improving quickly, without your internal team first having to build up all the new expertise, capacity, and technology itself.
At the same time, we make sure that what works doesn’t remain a standalone initiative. We align with existing systems and processes, involve the right people, and make ownership explicit. This way, we combine the speed of a specialist team with an approach that can land sustainably within the commercial organization.
How does Saleslift Studio handle privacy-sensitive data?
Saleslift Studio handles personal data with care and, for B2B outreach, works in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only process personal data that is necessary to carry out relevant, business-related outreach on behalf of our clients.
For B2B outreach, we generally process a limited amount of business-related personal data, such as:
- name;
- business email address;
- company name;
- relevant professional information needed to determine whether someone falls within our client’s target audience.
Saleslift Studio focuses exclusively on B2B communication. The data is used to approach professionals with communication relevant to their role, organization, or professional context. Where applicable, existing leads and customers of our clients are excluded from prospecting campaigns.
Saleslift Studio acts as a processor in this context, with our client as the data controller. This means we only process personal data on behalf of, and according to the instructions of, our client. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is concluded with every client for this purpose.
The processing of personal data for B2B outreach is generally based on our client’s legitimate interest under the GDPR. In some situations, the data subject’s consent may be the legal basis instead. We advise clients to assess and document their legitimate interest in advance, taking into account, among other things, the business interest, the necessity of the processing, and the potential impact on the recipient’s privacy.
For outreach to recipients in the Netherlands, we also take into account Article 11.7 of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet). Saleslift Studio only supports business outreach that aligns with the recipient’s professional role and the context in which business contact or profile data was made available.
Data may, for example, originate from publicly available business sources, including company websites and professional platforms such as LinkedIn. We only use such data when it fits the business purpose of the outreach.
We also apply clear privacy principles when actually approaching prospects. Messages are sent on behalf of our client, are personal and individually addressed, and include a simple way to object to further communication. Opt-outs and objections are recorded and processed in suppression lists, so that the person in question is not approached again.
In addition, our communication refers to the client’s privacy policy, where recipients can find more information about the processing of their personal data and their rights under the GDPR. If someone asks which data is being processed or where it came from, Saleslift Studio can clarify this on the client’s behalf.
Saleslift Studio does not support campaigns targeting consumers, donors, volunteers, or other private individuals without additional assessment. Other or stricter legal requirements may apply to such forms of outreach.
In short: for B2B outreach, Saleslift Studio only processes necessary business-related personal data, does so on behalf of the client and within the framework of the GDPR and applicable communication legislation, and ensures recipients have transparency and a clear way to object or opt out.
