We’re hiring: Team Lead Sales Development


At Saleslift Studio we build modern sales machines for B2B companies with a high value proposition. Both in the Netherlands and internationally. We ensure that our customers come to the table with the prospects of their choice

Of course, a modern sales machine cannot do without a well-thought-out strategy and design of the right sales development process. We are looking for a Team Lead Sales Development to devise and outline this sales development strategy and to create the right Sales Development playbook. As Team Lead Sales Development you are commercially and substantively responsible for a number of Saleslift Studio customers. You will also manage a team of Sales Engagement Managers and Sales Operations, with whom you will ensure that the campaigns you have set up are executed to the satisfaction of our customers and are continuously optimised. 


  • Commercially responsible for existing customers
  • Successfully designing the Sales Development Playbook for these customers
  • Organizing and leading the workshops, kick-off and customer presentation to come to this playbook
  • Orchestrating the right sales process
  • Generating qualitative agreements for our customers
  • Managing a team of Sales Engagement Managers and Sales Operations
  • Customer satisfaction, churn & upsell

Working conditions:

  • 32 or 40 hours (in consultation)

  • Someone who’s willing to work on, and design result-driven sales campaigns
  • Someone who’s interested in content marketing and storytelling
  • A hands-on personality
  • An autonomous person
  • Someone who’s looking for a scale-up (with experienced people, but still)
  • Multilingual, (NL/ENG or another) is an absolute plus!
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and/or sales engagement tooling (like Salesloft, Lemlist, Outreach)
